The place was absolutely great, we greatly enjoyed it. Really helpful and fairly friendly stuff who provided an incredible stay. It offered nice service and reasonably priced food too. Easy check-out was useful. We found out best prices in the hotel;))

Unbeatable and particularly good location, only 10 minutes walk from the centre...

The hotel provided best prices. The beds were big, I slept well.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Tulum, had much fun.

All staff were really helpful and gave some tips about Tulum.

The studio suite was spotless, the bed was comfortable. The place had a special atmosphere. It was in a perfect location close to restaurants and bars.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

My room was well-appointed and spotless with a jacuzzi and an incredible kitchen, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by fabulous restaurants and bars, bars, and beach.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making an effort to provide the best experience. The free breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious items available. the hot pool was a great way to relax and unwind.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, with a less appealing drive and a dirt track leading to the strip. This made it feel unsafe, especially at night.

The room was well-appointed and there were a safe, TV set and a microwave oven...

We loved our stay at The Waves! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk into Tulum. The hotel had multiple swimming pools to choose from, despite its small size. One of the highlights was the unique Cenote on the premises - truly an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the complimentary water was a nice touch. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at the beginning of our trip. The cleaners, although limited in English, were friendly and provided excellent service.

The only drawback was the intermittent WiFi in certain areas, but they assured us they were working on resolving the issue. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel offered a beach shuttle, as taxis in the area were quite expensive.
